How we verify accounts

A “Verified” account means the MineralHub team reviewed the documents the user uploaded (for example ID card, tax ID, mining right or cooperative registration) and that they match the account name.

Documents are kept in private storage. Only the review team sees them; they are never shown on the site or shared with other users.

Verification is not a guarantee of lot quality or contract performance. Always do your own diligence: samples, assays and references.

Reviews can only be left by buyers who contacted the seller through MineralHub.
