Mineral trading and export in Bolivia
Domestic trading and export of minerals and metals in Bolivia are regulated. The general framework is Law No. 535 on Mining and Metallurgy; registration and control of trading is handled by SENARECOM (National Service for the Registration and Control of the Trading of Minerals and Metals).
Depending on the operator type (cooperative, private company, trader) registrations, export forms, mining royalties, taxes and customs controls may apply. Requirements change; always check current regulation and the authorities: SENARECOM, Ministry of Mining and Metallurgy, AJAM (mining rights), National Customs and the National Tax Service.
MineralHub is only a place to list and connect. It does not process permits, does not act as trader or exporter, does not guarantee the legality of any lot and gives no legal or tax advice. Each party is responsible for compliance.
Practical tip: ask for a lab assay certificate, agree on an umpire lab for the counter-sample, and put the Incoterm, penalty elements and payment terms in writing.
