How MineralHub works

For sellers (cooperatives, producers, traders)

1. Create your account with your WhatsApp number and a password. No email needed.

2. List a lot: mineral, form, grade (%), quantity, department, Incoterm and, optionally, price. From a phone you can take photos of the mineral and the lab certificate; they are compressed automatically.

3. Review: lots from unverified accounts are reviewed by the team before going public. You can see the status (“Under review”, “Live”, “Rejected” with the team's note) in “My lots”.

4. Verification (optional, recommended): upload your ID, tax ID, mining right or cooperative registration. Documents stay private. Verified accounts show the ✓ badge.

5. When a buyer requests a quote you see it in “Messages”. Reply there or continue on WhatsApp: the buyer's number is shown in the conversation.

For buyers (smelters, traders, industry)

1. Browse lots by mineral or department and filter by minimum grade, tonnage, Incoterm, verified sellers or lots with an assay.

2. On the lot page, request a quote or ask a question. If you have no account, we create it in the same form.

3. Once sent, you see the seller's WhatsApp and the conversation is saved in your dashboard.

4. Can't find it? Post a buy request (RFQ) with mineral, minimum grade, volume and destination; producers reply with offers.
